I helped design Upraxis's flagship products, including Solutio and Philpay (Justpayroll), a cloud-based payroll solution that gives companies a complete solution to their payroll process problems, Netbundy, a biometric attendance system created with Real Timekeeping Solutions in mind, among others.

I started working for Upraxis in 2015 as a UI/UX Designer. As a sole designer at first, I handle the majority of the design work from low fidelity to high fidelity. I worked with the product owners and business analyst to understand the initial requirements and mostly do competitive analysis and secondary research.
In order to deliver better answers to the problems we want to solve, I made the decision to study more about the UX Research methodology and to share what I had learned with the team for them to understand the value of User-centered Design.
I conducted internal usability testing for the Solutio mobile app and led the Design sprint workshop for Netbundy to generate ideas, design, and test a minimal viable product.
